The Coaches involved at the Club have a range of coaching qualifications and many years of coaching experience between them all. It is fantastic to have such an experienced line up of coaches at the Club and it is hoped that registered athletes will take advantage of their coaching expertise.

Speak with our Academy Development Officer if you require Coaching assistance or need information on who to approach. Ginninderra Athletics has a wide network of Coaches who work with our athletes and the Academy Development Officer can give you recommendations and other details.
Coaching with Ginninderra Athletics also has its own development pathway. Our Coaches can begin their journey as Junior Coaches, progressing to the Athlete Assists program, get qualified and work with the UC Athletics Academy as well as take Club Coaching sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday. We will also support Coaches establishing their own private squads with athletes from Ginninderra and its surrounds.
Ginninderra’s Coaches are rewarded and recognised for their contributions to our club and the sport. A Coach who gives their time to the Club and our athletes can receive their Coaching Accreditation, Course Fees and Registrations reimbursed by Ginninderra Athletics. Some coach roles within Ginninderra Athletics are a paid position.
Ginninderra Athletics also provides equipment and facilities to Coaches year long so that they can concentrate on coaching the club can manage purchases and other administration. Speak with our Academy Development Officer if you are interested in becoming a Coach.
