Parents:                       It is important that you sign your children in so coaches are aware of athletes who are present at each coaching session. It is the parent /guardian’s responsibility to do this.

It is important that your child is in the care of a parent or guardian during the coaching session. Your help at training is also eagerly appreciated whether assisting with setting or packing up equipment or watching and learning. The coaches are happy to show you how you can help with basic coaching techniques also. Anyone who would like to coach a group is more than welcome or we can set up a mentoring / assisting role first to assist you in gaining some confidence.

Medical:                      It is important coaches are made aware of any medical conditions that your child may have.  It is your responsibility to let them know on the day.

What to bring:            Athletes need to wear appropriate footwear e.g. Joggers, (spikes if you have them for U9 and above). A drink bottle full of water, sunscreen, hat, a smile and a great attitude!

Wet weather:             If there has been a lot of rain the grounds may be closed.

Behaviour:                  A high standard of conduct, behaviour and sportsmanship is expected of all athletes. Should an athlete display unacceptable behaviour they will have ‘time out’. Should the behaviour continue after they rejoin the group they will be asked to leave the session. Training should be a fun, safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
