Parent Roster

A Parent Roster is set-up by the Committee and parents will be contacted when they have been rostered to assist.

As a guide it is expected that parents will be rostered to either Set-up in the Morning, help with the BBQ or Canteen, man the Timing Gates or assist with equipment pack-up at least twice in a season.

Some of these tasks take around 10-30 minutes. So not very arduous especially when shared between Parent Volunteers.

Over a whole season the Committee requires Volunteers as indicated in the Parent Roster.
